Pomodoro technique
Need help studying? Try this life hack for short, focused, productive study sessions. The Pomodoro technique was created in the 1980s by Francesco Cirillo and named after the tomato kitchen timers found in Italy.
- Work for 25 minutes.
- Take break for 5 minutes.
- After 4 pomodoros have passed, (100 minutes of work time with 15 minutes of break time) you then take a 15-20 minute break.
